Started collective marketing of tomatoes and grapes, improving farm-gate realization through direct processor tie-ups
First Agri-input shop opened in Kasbe Vani, providing agricultural inputs at reasonable prices to member farmers
Set up pack houses and a Farmer Facility Center at Chandikapur (Vani) clusters under National Horticulture Mission for grape and tomato sorting and grading
Piloted grape shipments to Faridabad markets to expand buyer reach
Expanded onion procurement and transport to major cities including Chennai, Trichy, and Bangalore
Conducted pilot export of onions to Italy, receiving positive feedback
